Precast All-Concrete Weighbridges This type of weighbridge consists of precast concrete sections manufactured at the Pars Movazin factory, then transported to the customer's site and assembled. Because the platform and foundation components are designed to be modular, the entire weighbridge can be assembled and installed in a short amount of time. Aside from the concrete support foundation slabs and ramps for above-ground installation, no concrete pouring is required before assembly. Due to the access hatches built into the platform surface, access to the load cells and the underside of the weighbridge is easily possible, which simplifies maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, the modular design of the weighbridge components significantly reduces transportation costs compared to other all-concrete weighbridges. It's also worth noting that due to the lower weight of the individual components, a smaller crane is needed for their movement, further reducing customer costs.
